肉躁真的是個很方便也很下飯的菜餚.自從之前嚐過姑姑做的肉躁後,我最近決定跟姑姑學著做,也很成功!
材料 (都可在99 Ranch Market買到):
- 碎豬肉, 1 lb
- 五花肉,1/2 lb
- 醬油, 2 tbsps
- 蠔油, 2 tbsps
- 白胡椒粉(這次我用黑胡椒粉)
- 五香粉
- 油蔥頭
- 沙拉油/ 橄欖油
- 水, 1 1/2杯
做法:
- 放少量的油,用中火加熱
- 將五花肉切碎,丟進鍋裡炒30秒
- 再將碎豬肉丟進鍋裡跟五花肉一起熱炒約2分鐘直到肉的顏色變白
- 將醬油以及蠔油加進鍋裡
- 加入白胡椒粉以及五香粉
- 再加入一把油蔥頭
- 把鍋內的食材攪和一下
- 再加1 1/2 杯的水進鍋裡, 把鍋蓋蓋上,用小火燉30分鐘.
- 完成!

Stewed ground pork, a yummy dish and going well with rice or noodle. Lately I decided to learn and make stewed ground pork after tasting the one my aunt cooked. Here we go!
Ingredient can be found and bought @ 99 Ranch Market:
- Ground Pork, 1 lb
- Pork Belly, ½ lb
- Soy Sauce, 2 tbsps
- Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsps
- White Pepper (I was using black pepper this time though)
- Five Spices Powder
- Fried Shallot
- Vegetable Oil / Olive Oil
- Water,1 ½ cups
Method:
- Chop pork belly
- Pour a small amount of vegetable oil /olive oil into a pot and heat on medium heat.
- Stir-fry chopped pork belly for 30 seconds, meanwhile, the fat of pork belly will be dripping out a little bit.
- Put ground pork into the pot and mix with pork belly. Keep stir-frying them until they turn white.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Add the white pepper and five spices powder (desired amount).
- Add a handful of friend shallot.
- Stir everything a little.
- Add water and cover with the lid, stew with low heat for 30 mins.
- Done!
